The UAV (Drone Team) department of the New Mexico State Police Special Ops Bureau is at the forefront of advancing law enforcement with cutting-edge aerial surveillance technology. THE LIFE OF A UAV (DRONE TEAM) OFFICER
Our officers use cutting-edge technology to support our officers in the field during high-stakes operations. They conduct aerial surveillance to provide real-time intelligence critical for search and rescue missions and disaster response efforts. They also assist with crime scene reconstruction by enabling officers to view the scene traffic and assist other agencies with requests.
