Please see below for some important information regarding the upcoming Fort Bliss Annual Transition EXPO Hiring Fair on Thursday, May 22, 2025.

Installation Access
If you don’t have credentials to enter a federal military installation you will need to do one of the following to receive a pass:
* Visit either the Buffalo Soldier or Chaffee VCC. You must have a copy of the flyer (attached) and inform them that you are a vendor for this event. Highly recommend you do this the day before to avoid delays the morning of the event.
* Pre-register on the Visitor Management System website https://pass.aie.army.mil/?b=usa&i=fort_bliss&t=v. The application must be submitted no earlier than 14 days prior to visitor arrival and no later than 72 hours prior to arrival.

Employer Set-up
Doors open for Employer set-up at 8:00 AM on Thursday, 22 May. Please plan to stay for the entire duration of the event – be mindful that job seekers will continue to arrive even toward the end.
Parking
Parking is free and will be available on-site at the Centennial Club.
Lunch
The Centennial Club offers a Chuckwagon Style BBQ buffet on Thursday for $15.95 from 11am to 1pm. There are also several fast food restaurants in close proximity to the Club.
Note that to the extent possible we will place employers inside the ballroom, and most other organizations will be located in the hallway immediately outside the ballroom. We currently have 132 employers and service organizations registered to attend.

The Transition Assistance Program (TAP) is once again hosting its Annual Transition EXPO 2025 Hiring Fair on Thursday, May 22, 2025, from 9 AM – 2 PM at the Centennial Banquet and Conference Center, Fort Bliss, Texas. This event will feature over 140 employers and service organizations eager to connect with all transitioning Service Members, spouses, family members, and veterans. The U.S. military community is an invaluable resource filled with individuals who bring a wealth of skills, experience, and a strong sense of dedication. Highlighting available positions to this group is a fantastic way to tap into this diverse and talented pool.
